On September 27, 2019, Raisner Roupinian filed a class action suit against General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., (“GDIT”) seeking to recover 60 days wages and benefits under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (“WARN”) Act on behalf of approximately 1,200 federal agency employee background investigation employees. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
