On February 16, 2020, Raisner Roupinian LLP filed a class action suit against Muskegon Family Care seeking to recover 60 days wages and benefits for former employees under the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (“WARN”) Act (the “WARN Act”). The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
